We are delighted to announce that Prime Electrical Group (Holdings) Ltd (“Prime”) has acquired Roth Ltd (“Roth”).
Established in 2003 Roth are a well-established and highly respected electrical and mechanical contractor based in Glasgow with a proven track record in the commercial and housebuilding sectors.
All of the existing management team and workforce of approximately 40 will be transferring to Prime and be based at our headquarters in Cumbernauld.
The acquisition will enable us to improve and strengthen our current business model thereby affording more opportunities for the combined business. With our shared commitment to high quality and service levels we are sure that this acquisition will result in an organisation even better equipped to serve our client base.
