We are very pleased to announce being awarded a 4th contract from MacTaggart & Mickel Homes as part of the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games Athletes Village. This project follows on from three previous phases awarded to MCD. This phase consists of 12 terraced two and three storey units. Located in the east end of Glasgow due for completion late 2013 in time for the games this is an unusual two stage project, the homes will be built in “Games Mode” initially for use by the Athletes. Thereafter the properties will be back to affordable homes for sale which will contribute to the legacy benefits for Glasgow and Scotland. As part of our legacy commitment MCD have employed a 1st year Apprentice Electrician who will be actively involved in the project.
