We are very pleased to announce the award of a new contract at Greendykes in Edinburgh being built for Link Group Housing Association.
This is our first contract award from highly regarded Edinburgh construction firm J Smart & Co (Contractors) plc. Consisting of 2 blocks of 6 flats and 16 terraced properties. The Edinburgh City Council Adoptable external street and internal communal lighting installation also forms part of our contract works.
Our Communications Division will be installing the communal door entry and TV/FM/SKY+ installations on this development.
