As the majority of service requests relate to product issues MCD operates our own extensive stores facility (1,200 lines) where stocks of all commonly used products are retained on the premises meaning that replacement products are always available.
A computer based system can identify all of the component parts of any particular plot on any development and enable us to achieve a high level of single visit completion of service requests keeping your customers happy.
The guys involved in Customer Care are all “veteran” electricians with an in-depth knowledge of electrical installation in new build sites having done this job for many years. They are carefully selected for their experience, can-do attitude and friendly approach to customers.
Our Customer Care operatives always leave your Client’s property as they found it and will spend the time in their home productively sorting out the problem rather than creating others!
